Art gives me the opportunity to put on paper what is in my heart. Always surrounded by brushes and pencils, I continue to explore techniques and ways to render thoughts, moods and emotions. Each technique has its own expression, and for me it is a real joy to find the right one depending on the theme chosen.

Over time, I took painting and design classes to experiment with different drawing styles and techniques. Thus, today I ended up composing illustrations that address 2 themes very dear to me: urban compositions and stylized portraits. The 2 themes also undergo several iterations of style and technique.

Urban compositions will always be very dear to me, as they express the setting in which life unfolds. In the theater, the set tells the story before the actors even say their first line. The fascination for buildings and urban life will accompany me wherever I go, representing a soulful subject in my illustrations.

Stylized portraits capture the essence of the character I am illustrating. Each drawing embodies that unique value that tells the story behind the portrait. The colors, lines and compositions chosen contribute to shaping these hidden metaphors.

Thus, my art is built around the emotion of a setting, a character or a dream. I aim to immortalize the ideal in a drawing that tells a story.
